This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Vanguard Apex Tax Group, LLC through MyIRSLetter.com. We aim to make every paid interaction clear before you commit, including the service being purchased, its scope, and any applicable deadlines.
No-cost initial review
There is no cost or obligation for initial notice assessments. Your first 20-minute consultation is on us.
Professional services
Formal tax services commence only upon execution of an engagement letter. Any refund eligibility is governed strictly by the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
Refund requests
A refund request does not cancel an Engagement Letter, stop an IRS deadline, or replace a required filing or response.
How to request a refund
Send your request before the applicable appointment or service milestone with the name used at checkout, payment date, and reason for the request. We will review eligible requests and issue approved refunds to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Submitting information or uploading a notice does not establish a CPA/EA client relationship; that relationship begins only when both parties sign an Engagement Letter.
